A seasonal, free centerpiece

I love having a seasonal centerpiece.  Often times I’ll buy some flowers at Trader Joe’s (4 bucks for tulips or gerber daisies!) but this time of year flowers didn’t feel quite right.  Instead, I went for some winter berry branches off of the trees at the park.  It only took 4 small branches and they’ve kept really nicely over the past week or two…

The beautiful trees near the park- it was a foggy morning!

Piper enjoying the morning walk…she did try and eat the branches though (NOTE: keep away from Piper…I’m still not entirely sure which berries are poisonous to dogs…)

And lastly, the branches…stuck into a nice vase of water- it gives our table a nice seasonal touch.  Happy Thanksgiving!!

About BuzzwithLove

Buzzwithlove was something I had talked about with a good friend- how there are just some people in the world who just exude energy, happiness, and love. That's how I hope to live my life- and share little bits of it online!
