Have you ever heard of monkey bread? Essentially it’s a loaf made of lots of little balls of dough so that when you serve it, the pieces can get pulled apart. It looks so good! It can be made super sweet and function as a dessert:
But I like the idea of it as a breakfast, like this one (which isn’t truly monkey bread but it’s similar):
Or it can be made savory a la this recipe:
I’m thinking I’ll try making the savory variety with some pasta and meat sauce.
